A continuous ochre facade, articulated by tall shuttered openings and a pitched parapet that unifies the seven units. Each house reads as part of a single long building, not a repeated object.
The plan is deep and narrow, with a courtyard at the rear and a double-height living space at the front. Materials are plain: terracotta render, oak joinery, stone floors.
