Odeon Tower

A twenty-eight storey mixed-use tower negotiating the new scale of Tirana's waterfront with the grain of the boulevard behind it. A timber-clad plinth carries retail and a public passage; above it, a cadence of deep-set balconies ordered by a single vertical module.

The envelope is a dry-hung ceramic rainscreen tuned to the Adriatic light. Structural optimisation across the tower halved the concrete volume relative to the competition baseline. Ground-floor public realm was developed as a counterpart to the adjacent park, not as a plaza in its own right.
