A contemporary villa inspired by Mediterranean living, where simple volumes are arranged to create shaded outdoor spaces and a central courtyard. The architecture emphasises openness, natural materials, and a fluid transition between interior and exterior, responding to the coastal climate and surrounding landscape.
The spatial organisation centres around the courtyard, allowing light and air to define the interior atmosphere. Circulation is fluid and continuous, with living spaces extending outward into shaded terraces and open-air areas.
